Can you tell me more about an object I saw on display at the Museum?

Answer

The almost 50,000 objects in the permanent collection of The Corning Museum of Glass are accessible through our online Collections Database. Artwork on display in the Contemporary Art + Design wing is also featured in GlassApp. Although information available about each object varies, in most cases you will find a photograph, description, place and date made, artist, provenance, and whether it is on display. If you’re conducting specific research related to an object in our collection, please contact us using form at the right.
