Thank you for your inquiry. There are several resources you may wish to consult for more information on production of glass objects.
Urban Glass, a studio/workshop in Brooklyn, offers a consulting service to help match glassblowers/makers with projects. They charge a fee to discuss ideas, but they do have an extensive list of people with whom they work.

The Glass Art Society may also be able to put you in touch with studios who would be willing to do custom castings: GAS, 1305 Fourth Ave., Suite 711, Seattle, WA 98101-2401; tel: 206-382-1305; email: GlassArtSoc@earthlink.net; website: http://www.glassart.org
The Guild publishes directories of artists' work to inform architects and designers. Their publications may also help you find someone who could produce small quantities of your product. Contact The Guild for more information: http://www.guildsourcebooks.com/
