I'm attaching 2 handouts that may help you. The first is a bibliography of books on the history of pressed glass. Some of these, particularly the Welker book include pictures of early presses. The second handout is a list of patents of early glass presses. You can look these up on the U.S. Patent and Trademark office website to get the specifications and drawings supplied by the filer of the patents. Go to http://www.uspto.gov/index.html and click on Search under Patents. Choose the Patent Number search. Type your patent number in and then when the file is retrieved, you will have to click on Images to see the patent itself.
