Our library has archival materials from the MacBeth-Evans Glass Company. The materials have been microfilmed and may also available on Interlibrary Loan:

An assortment of letters, articles, advertisments, drawings, blueprints, etc., pertaining to the manufacture of various products at MacBeth-Evans, from 1893-, including lamp chimneys, globes, shades & bowls, glassware for railroads, ships, lens, tumblers, etc. Includes a mold directory of blue prints for MacBeth-Evans products, ca. 1911-1921,1914 blueprints of lighthouse lens for the Panama Canal, etc.

Includes one folder on lighthouse Fresnel lens, with photos and a few blueprints. Access to the actual archives requires advance permission.
