The Steinert website offers a list of "Instructors and Programs Offering Glassblowing and Lampworking Classes."
https://www.steinertindustries.com/InstructorsSchools.htm
Using "find" I located a couple high schools in the list.

The Glass Art Society (GAS) sponsored a panel about high school level glass programs at a 2003 conference. Please let me know if you would like a copy of this article:

Biggs, Bonnie. "Panel: High School Glass Programs." The Glass Art Society Journal, 2003, pp. 89-90, ill. 0278-9426
General overview and the glass program at Wilson High School, Tacoma, Washington.

The Glass Art Society maintains a list of glass schools. They may include high schools. https://www.glassart.org/faq-whotocall.html#Looking02

From the GAS website:
"There are several places to look for schools/studios that offer glass classes/programs.

"Check out schools with web sites from the GAS Schools page (links are organized by country and state)

"Check Classes and Workshops in the GASnews, bi-monthly newsletter mailed to GAS members six times per year.

"If you would like to post workshops you are offering please see: "How do I place an ad in the GAS Newsletter Classifieds"

"Current members are mailed in August of each year a Directory & Resource Guide. The Directory section is like a phonebook.
