Our library does not contain the archives for the company Corning Glass Works (now Corning, Inc.), and we do not have any footage from the 1939 fair. I have done some searching of the OCLC database, and would be happy to mail to you films that I found in other libraries (some in California) which you could pursue, to see if they had usable footage. I am also including a bibliography of materials that we have which document the fair.
If you will send me your mailing address, I will mail the information to you as soon as I receive it.
The archives for Corning Inc. are managed by Michelle Cotton (phone 607-974-8457; email firstname.lastname@example.org )You might also wish to contact the other two firms which were part of the building's exhibits: Owens-Illinois Glass CO., and Pittsburgh Plate Glass Co. (now PPG), to see if they have any footage.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
