I have attached a bibliography for the Lycurgus Cup and other dichroic glasses that use rare earth colorants.
There are sections for Alexandrite, Neodimium, and general books about dichroic glass. There are many companies and artists who have used dichroic glass, including Labino; Libensky and Brychtova; Moser Glass; Heisey; and other firms.
Don't confuse dichroic glasses (that change with the light source) due to the composition of the glass with "thin film" technology that creates the now familiar dichroic glasses used by glass artists today.
