Unfortunately, we only have one Canadian catalog that includes some Pyrex items and it is from the 1970s. According to Michael Barber's book Pyrex Passion, Canada produced many Delphite items not available in the U.S. I haven't found any of our U.S. advertisements to show a delphite handled teapot. I'm wondering if you should contact the Canadian Pyrex Collectors group. They have discussion forums online you could post to: https://www.flickr.com/groups/canadianpyrexcollectors/discuss/
Our curatorial assistant for Modern Glass was not familiar with the marks you show "AP" and "D". Her best guess was after-production marks by individual vendors, but she isn't sure.
I'm very sorry we could not offer more information---it appears we need to collect more about the Canadian Pyrex sold. It was mostly during the 1940s and 1950s.
