I have never seen one either! I've looked through the Pyrex collectibles books we have and don't see anything but clear glass teapots. I did see someone selling one on EBAY--I'm attaching the picture here, but it may not be by Corning. It looks much newer than yours and with a slightly different spout and shape. However, it might be worth contacting the seller. Just search 'vintage red pyrex teapot' and you will see it.
I am also sending a list of materials we have that reference Corning teapots. If you are local, you could come in and have a look at any of them. If you don't live locally, you can request them through your local library's interlibrary loan service.
Also, you are welcome to e-mail digital photographs and any provenance information you have to our curatorial department through their online form (http://www.cmog.org/glass-questions).
I would love to know what you discover! Please let me know if you have any questions about this.
