I checked a couple of Baccarat catalogs for that time period and am finding only one glass that looks similar to me--although I am not a glass expert, but a librarian! :) I scanned one of the catalogs for you. The similar object is called the taster in the perfection pattern image #14.
Perfection seems still to be made or available from Baccarat, but I haven't seen that particular glass style. I think you will need to check a history of Baccarat tableware or multiple trade catalogs.
