Hello! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the Rakow archives contain very little information on the Binswanger Glass Co of Richmond, Va. The only items we have are two trade catalogs. The first is a small price list for window glass adopted January 21, 1901, and printed by the Isaac H. Blanchard Co., 268 and 270 Canal St, New York, NY. The second catalog is for Amerit Mirrors and is undated. “Amerit” is a process of glass ornamentation and is described in the publications as, “a process of carving and coloring glass recently discovered and perfected enables us to offer for your consideration The Ultimate in Decorated Mirrors.” I’ve put the links to the Rakow’s Library Catalog for both items:
