I looked through our collections and subscription databases, and unfortunately have found very little. The catalog you found does include information on Newsome, as well as the exhibition and the other artists featured in that exhibition. Because we have two copies, we may be able to loan it out through Interlibrary Loan. You can find our policies on this page: https://www.cmog.org/research/library/visit/services/loan

We do have a postcard from one of his exhibitions, which includes an image of a glass sculpture and location and date information for the show. Otherwise, I’m afraid I can’t find much. There are a few websites that mention him (mostly galleries or blogs). You can find information here and here (the second site mentions that Newsome is included in Sculptors of the 20th Century ISBN 1-85928-456-6 and Who’s Who in Art 2008-2011). His personal website is: https://peter.newsome.com
