Hello! Thank you for your question. You might be interested in looking through the Pyrex research guide created by Rakow Library staff. Also attached is a list of materials in the Library collection that reference Corning teapots. You are welcome to visit the Library and look at these resources in person, or you can request them through your local library's interlibrary loan service. To find out more about our Interlibrary Loan policies, see https://www.cmog.org/research/library/visit/services/loan.
You are welcome to e-mail digital photographs and any provenance information you have to our curatorial department. They do not generally answer Pyrex questions (because there are so many!), but since you have been unable to find references to red Pyrex teapots, they might be willing to help. You can read about their identification policies and contact them via "Ask a Glass Object Question" at http://www.cmog.org/glass-questions.
In the meantime, you might enjoy reading this post on The Corning Museum of Glass blog: "Tea Time: The Making of the Pyrex Teapot," and exploring Museum's Pyrex Potluck site, which includes a "Research Room" with links to many additional online resources.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance with this or other glass-related questions.
