Q. Find Pyrex catalog 100

Looking for information on Pyrex glass gold banded oil and vinegar cruets packaging and manufacturing dates. Were they issued in different packages at different times and their original costs. These are clear glass with multiple gold banding around neck and removable stoppers. Mid 1950s and perhaps later?
