How long does it take to fulfill an image request?

Answer

Once you submit an image request, we will respond to you within two weeks.

If we have a digital image ready to share and the permissions are in order, your request will normally be fulfilled within three weeks.

If we do not have a digital image ready to share, we will need to request new imaging. For new glass collection photography and scanning of Rakow Library items, please allow up to eight weeks for receiving your image files.
