Requesting Library Materials Before You Arrive

Requesting materials in advance of your visit saves you time, as library staff can pull those items and place them on reserve for you.

This is a great option for Studio students and instructors who know they plan to use the Library while in Corning, but don't know when they'll be able to make it over.

Some of our materials are part of designated Special Collections, which require an appointment for use. Requests for Special Collections materials and appointments for use of those materials must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your visit. You can make your appointment using our online booking system or contact the Library Reference Desk.
